This thread serves to show the rebuild/ transformation of a local pau 316 bmw .
Model: bmw e30
Yr: 1987
Engine: m10 4 cylinder carbureted
Body type: 2 door coupe
Mileage :59000miles
Intention: to restore her to her original glory with a hint of some modern stuff. She would restored to enter old school category at car shows but also be a strong contender at drag and wind. We are looking for the best of both worlds!
I would really really appreciate you guys input. Point me in the right direction
Here is what I have on order:
Brand new dcoe weber side drafts
Megan coilover system
Powerflex teflon suspension components
I am eagerly looking for some bbs mesh type rims. 4x100. New is fine or even bbs replicas
But I really need some help for her in the colour /looks department. Should I go solid colour or metalic? Red or blue?
Pics soon. Thanks in advance

and you doubted me when I told you coilovers were available
all joke aside, I always loved the Gregg Redman scheme

as it would be applied to your car:

Orange. Not bad. Problem is entire interior is brown. Very few colours brown goes good with. Definitely not interlagos blue.
