VW Owners...

I noticed that there are quite a few threads for various car owners...
Example: Toyota Owners, and there are even entire forums dedicated to Honda and Nissan...

Is there any existing thread for Volkswagen Owners...

I know there may not be many here on tuner but i was just wondering as i did a search and found none existing.

Had an aircooled beetle and now have 4 GTis. MK1 GTi cabrio, MK2 GTi 5dr with 2.0 3A lump, MK2 16v, and the Monza Blue MK2 16vT pictured. Look after quite a few of these cars in my spare time (about 30). This includes MK3 and MK4s both Bora and Golf as well as Passats. There are also Audi 80s 100s,A3s,A4s, Skodas and Seats that I do come across. Still think I am a GTi man then?
Been in the MK5 GTi and the GT TDi 140 diesel, which trini will not get. VAG did an excellent job in bringing back the good old nimble days of the MK1 in the MK5 with the petrol giving a bit of an EVOs snarl when booted.
It would be interesting what price the Mk5 GTi will retail for if it is to be sold in Trinidad as it will now be 1984cc vs the outgoing 1781cc 20vT lump.

VW has potential for tunning, alot of German aftermarket suppliers are at their disposal..

Most ppl chip up but real power is the force induction...turbo.......

Even easier than that! Now you flash the things. No need for replacement "chips". See REVO, CustomCode GIAC etc
