Where was this done?
2.5 hours? Massy usually wants the car for 2 days to do all those things.

It's part of the hill hold function. Whiles brakes are being disengaged after you come off the pedal the transmission is applying clamping force on the clutches slowly. Car rolls back till clutch fully engaged. Tends to roll back on very steep hills. Dealer can adjust the settings for you if you ask I believe.
