by chance...is this the chip that moves your rev. limiter beyond the stock 75k and carries it into the RED Line? If it is I believe that it is supposed to redo your fuel maps, timing etc. YOu may want to check your fuel pressure on the rail and bump it up just a tad from 38psi. on idle to about 44 - 46psi, for safety. Also check your base timing and ensure that it's where it's supposed to be (6 deg. +/- 1 deg). do all the preliminary checks to ensure that you don't break internal parts!!!
But timing is usually suspect (trusting that your fuel is good...premium type I hope?!)
Also...at what rpm do you experience the pinging?

I most;y get it when the ac is on , and on some change of gears , and yes it i the stage 11 chip the power band is between 6-8 k

I use premium , , I think I need a Suzuki specialist to give me a good check out to ensure everythign is ok , does anyoen no one in the town area.

Well when I had AC in my ride, the pinging was prevalent especially when I stomped on the accelerator or put the engine under additional strain (ex. climbing the Lady Young with the A/c on) the pinging will be noticed...what you can do is retard the timing just a tad, one degree should be fine. But you have to remember that this is a 1.3 engine, that's high compression and will have the propensity to run a little hot, esp. since you have a 'chip n all!!!' So you can check your base timing and adjust / retard it to suit. The A/c also has an adjustment but I don't think that, that can solve your problem (which by the way is very small!). Timing is what I'm leaning to, your 'chip' might be your small issue...

Anyway...I'm gonna leave some room for other suggestions....
