WTK: 2015 3.2 Ranger AC dashboard strange sound

My 2015 3.2 Ranger is making a strange cracking / knocking / clicking sound coming from under my dashboard behind the A/C controls, my a/c could be on or off, even when the vehicle is switched off and keys out of the ignition it still makes the sound has anyone experienced/experiencing this.

Have the same problem with my wildtrack. Did some checks and found out it was the vent door actuator trying to find the correct position. Its a regular problem with ford. eventually all the vent door actuators will give that trouble. If you have dual ac you would realize that half blowing colder than the other side. I priced the cost from the firm for one they told me 700.

What he said is correct. I have yet to experiment with them but I believe it could be disabled. Remove the gear from inside and leave them all plugged in. Allowing full cold breeze thru the vents on the dash. Customer have similar provlems but he trying first
