what are the MGW of the vans?

according to this only one model can be driven on a class 3 permit.
All other models listed require class 4.

As long as the MGW is over 2950 kgs
It is classed as class 4

All the 4x4 rangers are 3200kgs
The 4x2 carry a lower weight
