ford ranger help (noise)

when i'm driving on a rough road i hear a sound similar to ice shaking in a cooler in d tray......i cant seem to find the problem....help

mite be de runnin board, brackets knocking on the bottom of the cab, had dat problem, i jus put a piece of rubber to dampen it.
