doing an engine from zm to zlve complete with brainbox harness fuse box and engine will de vvt work or need to be wired separate ?

This conversion was done on a friends singapore sedan, you will need to wire in the vvt, or the vvt will be stuck in retarding cam timing mode. The car will run but the acceleration will be a bit sluggish in the low rpms

mazda trix you using the 4 fwd gearbox on that engine? If so your acceleration gonna be insane.

basically what happens during the rpm range for the zlve
1-3k advanced timing which gives better low end acceleration
3-5k peak/boost from intake resonance tuning
5-7.5k retarded timing giving better top speed

With a correctly wired zlve you will have smooth acceleration from 2000 - 7000 rpm
