WTK wat to look for wen buying an RX-8 ???

I am thinking of buying an Rx-8 so i'm doing my research. Please share any info regarding this topic. Also if anyone knows a good reliable Rotary mechanic who specialize in these cars.(not any quack who want to learn on a vehicle at my expense)
