brakes upgrade

hey all, i looking for some ideas on upgrading my brakes on my mx 626 is 5 lug, i want to go disc brakes front and rear but i lookin for something better than stock that will bolt on or as less modification as possible any advice/ideas will be welcome and appreciated!!!

i could link a set of four piston madza calipers and some massive 5 hole rotors for you.....looks to be rx in nature and also comes with the suspension......pm if interested.......
