exactly i hav no idea...dats y i confused wen he told me that ....ne one hav ne input on this i changed d starter lik 2 times already

d stock engine for the mx...
d problem: d car doesn't start with d key i hav to turn d key till d dash lights up n then use a srew driver to groundoff to bolts on the starter for it 2 start

Well the problem there is not the starter. I had the same problem. Changed starter and also the starter switch but that didnt solve the problem. There is a relay that kills the starter when the car is in a gear. when that relay starts to give trouble it sounds as if the starter is "polling" just clicking without starting or it may not hear anything at all, I simply condemed the old starter harness and ran a fresh wire and relay to the starter and problem solved.
