meh 323 touching fellas

eh i put some 17's lightweight on d car some days ago, but the wheels on the back touching sometimes if i go into depressions or something, will rolling my fenders stop this?

I think I would go back to the dealer and rough him up like this dude did for selling you queer rims

But seriously, 323s tend to rub on the fenders. I would suggest raising the car first before you put on those rims or make space by the fenders

nah dude i aint raisin d car no more higher than it is already, d onliest thing it doing again is lowering, but i considering rolling the fenders

yea you bought the wrong offset wheels u need a 17 x 7 with a + 40 or +42 offset 205/40 or 205/45 tire. dont go buying anything more than a 7" you will endup in problems.

hhahaha yea dat funny yes. well u will have to try to run a 205 or roll the fenders in serious. but for curiousity check the offset of the rims u have on now, its located on the inner side of the spokes behind the wheel.

added to that the rim and tire profile too high yuh puttin yuh tranny and brakes under real pressure dey not to mention your suspension

you running stock suspension?
205/40/17 works well on my protege no extra stress so far and it is driven hard

no protege 2nr 17x 7.5 is the diameter of the rim by the width across the offset is measured by how far off centre line the bolting face of the rim fits hence if the mounting surface is closer to the face or pattern of the rim its called positive offset if its closer to the back of the rim its negative offset in other words positive offset will put the rim further and negative will push it outside

on the back of the rim supposed to have the size of the rim and the offset stamped or moulded in the metal somewhere
