Mazda CX-7

Postby smokin » February 9th, 2008, 6:58 pm

Anyone know if and/or when the Mazda CX 7 will be available in Trinidad? The look great and seem to be quite quick.

Awesome mid size SUV had an opportunity to drive one last year, while my car was at the dealership for regular maintenance. With a little mod for more power it will definitely be a bad ass sleeper

You mean a new shipment or something right? Because they've been bringing the CX-7 for almost a year now

the cx-9 is a 3.7v6.... so if u see a turbo sign it was a cx-7 as those come with the 2.3turbo,,, the thing is though i never notice any turbo badging on the local ones before so maybe it was a ro-ro.. what color was it

^^ was thinking the same thing... never saw any turbo badge.... and I hard pressed to believe a RORO version has it.

Its years now since manufacturers stopped using all those gimmicky badges.... and seeing the 2.3 turbo is THE ONLY engine in the CX-7, really there's no need to put such a badge to distinguish it from say, a non-turbo version.

go figure :?

actually gemini, was it a 'turbo' sticker or a 'nitro' sticker? i know the vehicle and that is one of the first that was brought down.......its local not roro. The nitro sticker looks gay and its twisted.

the cx9 is $620,000. got first hand experience with it in licensing office........it bigger than a subie tribeca, audi q7, mb m-class, bmw x5, land rover ranger rover, volvo xc90, porsche cayenne, nissan pathfinder, toyota prado, mitsubishi pajero, hyundai santa fe, chevy captiva and kia sorento to name a few. its wedge like shape and lowish roof makes it look smaller.
