Is it a good idea to buy a 2016 Mazda 3 foreign used?

Good day, I am looking to buy the driver side door lock lock assembly/actuator for my 2010 Mazda 3 (local).

Any assistance where I can buy this (apart from Southern Sales) or repair it as it is tripping off the factory alarm, would be much appreciated.

Hi, I have a 2016 Mazda 3 with the I-Stop warning lights on.
Changed the battery and alternator, but problem still there.
It was eventually diagnosed as the capacitor.
It's an extremely expensive fix for something I never/will never use.
Any suggestions on how to permanently disable the feature and it's warning lights?
