Guys which is the best aftermarket motor mounts? I am considering awr inserts. or maybe fabricate some old mounts?

http://store.awrracing.com/categories/E ... -Protege5/

I have an idea, using back the old mounts, buy the awr inserts, put on both sides of the mount and fill the insides with polyurethane... what you all think?

Those mounts might cause alot of vibration inside the car.
I was thinking to do the same inserts & fill with urethane, I think they will last real long.

i was considering the AWR, there's another manufacturer that makes them in varying durometer polyurethane so it isnt very stiff, i think is streetunit, will check it out.

nice gift, two things, it might be good to use for one oil change to remove any of the 'larger' shards of metal if any in your engine.
Second thing, the fine metal 'grindings' are actually good for the combustion process.

mechanic not working this week, he working from monday.
Sub-micronic finely distributed iron particles act as a co-catalysts in oxidation of petroleum molecules

also, to note, engines these days ar manufactured mostly out of aluminum, but try it, there really wont be any major drawbacks to its use. Post a review for us, i was considering it a while ago, also neodymium magnest are very strong for their size...good quality piece u got there...

A case to back that up is like that of your transmission. I have read that as your tranny get's older it may not be a good idea to flush/vacuum it too often as it will pull out the metal that was in the oil that may have been acting to hold the tranny together; that is build it up slightly where ever there was micromilli of wear.
