Help- LF liquid gasket sealant

Postby SMc » December 23rd, 2021, 10:53 am

Hello,

I need some help please- over the past couple months there has been a slow leak of coolant as it had to be topped up every now and then with no sign of where it was coming from. Car never overheated even after hours of driving at a time so didnt take much notice of it

This morning I felt a drip by my foot (inside the car by the resting pedal) and looked down to see coolant leaking down there and more on the passenger side footwell. I did a quick search online and found it may be a leaking radiator core which is a pig to fix.

Does anyone know where I can buy something like BlueDevil Head Gasket Sealer or Bar’s Leaks Liquid Aluminum preferably in the POS area as i am in Maraval?

The car is a Subrau Forester XT model (2006 I think), I have not checked for oil in the coolant or the oil itself yet as the car still hot.

Any Help would be much appreciated.

(please not I also posted this in another thread but thought I would try my luck)
