Having an issue where I get a stutter in the acceleration at around 60 km/h at first I thought it was gas/injectors. Had them cleaned. Still having issue. I believe that it may be a transmission issue, sensor etc. Bucking/stutter only occurs at around this speed where there is a change up in the gears. Please advise. This is on a 2008 impreza, local, Anesis type model sedan with the EL 15 non turbo engine.

Usually when Subarus have that issue, it's a simple fuel problem. Did you change the fuel filter? You can do a simple flow test at any mechanic. If you didn't change your filter anytime you remembered, then it's most likely half way clogged. The flow test may reveal such. The fuel pump may be a bit faulty as well, it's a possibility. If you're in doubt; however, don't guess and just waste money. Have your car checked at a reputable Subaru technician.
