can someone confirm if this is the correct belt and water pump for a 2006 sti

Yes it is...
This is the better of the two gates kits since it has the kevlar belt.
However, you might want to consider purchasing the kit without the water pump and getting an OEM pump if needed. I've compared both and don't believe that the gates water pump is of a superior quality.

chech ADAH303 for all your stuff..
you actually get it cheaper than online and he had all OEM and aftermarket for subaru..
