I bought a 2005 legacy NON-TURBO. When I'm pulling off I get a little delay then a kick forward. And also when I sink to pull off getting this also. All gears changing as it should. Do any one have a logical answer to this?

I had that same problem with my impreza and it was a few months out from firm. I took it back to them and they said that they re-set the computer to solve the problem.............hmmmmm

try resetting the computer
take off the battery terminals for a couple minutes, could possibly be a grounding problem as weird as it sounds.
i had this problem 2 days ago, the ground was slack and i was getting some weird problems
transmission gears going in hard ,
ABS light coming on,
Deck and A/C powering off
when i took off the battery terminals and tighten the veryy slack ground all the problems immediately stopped.

i really think its the e throttle as you said
for those that are not used to driving a car with electronic throttle
