the rad from similar year turbo foresters and stis should work. As long as the hose outlets are in the same location.

You swapped the endtank itself?

Anyway fellas, playing around with those aftermarket high pressure rad caps causes this problem, leave that stock.

i know because the pressure would release at the higher set press and not the intended relief press....
i swapped the black plastic piece itself.
what press is marked on the rad cap of the sti,the wrx and the TS?
is it different? my wrx has a press of 108kPa on the rad cap. is this normal?

so yr advice would be to not swap the rad cover with an aftermarket?
is that for the subaru only or for other brands?

FYI, Copper is the best material for Heat Exchange...Better than Aluminum...

Use a Radiator from any year Subaru if you want, just have to cut rubber hoses to suit...Improvise and be Resourceful if you have to...I wouldn't pay $1300 for a Radiator...You can get Bar's Leak Radiator Sealant and just add that to the water...You will be surprised at how well it works...

Also, run your Radiator with only water and one bottle of Redline WaterWetter...Put coolant into your Coolant Reservoir and that will get you the best cooling results...

Water is the best coolant...Coolant only prevents rusting and lubricates your water pump...But the Redline WaterWetter will do this without taking away from the cooling properties of the water...

U bought trouble. That plastic would crack again or leak soon. Deo offering the cheaper solution also for 750 he can put back a plastic radiator on it. Best way to go is a copper for 1300 not only its better its repairable. Ever gets a leak it would cost u roughly $80. Cant say that for the plastic.

there is a coolant beeter than water
it is an oil based coolant used in generators
good about 300,000 km
it stops & prevents corrosion and cools better than water
totally synthetic
sold by tracmac eng
REALLY EXPENSIVE though
