To stroke out a 4G63T Evo 7 engine that's working, but has been down for a few years, and prep it for, and install it into a vehicle.
Change cams, valve springs, COP, intake
Change clutch.
Change turbo and piping.
Change out all associated seals. hoses rubbers.
Area is relatively unimportant but must be accessible to see work, drop parts etc
Mechanic must accommodate documenting of the build.
