What type/grade of engine oil is best for the cy lancers

Doing my first oil change since my free maintenance is up what type of engine oil do u guys use.

Normally use a Fully synthetic oil 10-30w and change every 10,000kms as serviced by Diamond Motors..
The blue bottle Shell is semi synthetic. Its good but won't run this beyond 7000kms.
