good day tuners, im having trouble with d idel on my cedia lancer when I turn on the ac. it drops to 400 and sometimes it cuts off when I accelerate.
Does anyone know what part controls the step up for the ac?
any advice will be helpful, thanks.

Fuel pump

I already changed d pump

An throttle body trust me they work hand in hand

I also changed d throttle body bro i also tried air flow sensor and pedal sensor and injectors

Any other solutions

you can check your idle air control valve (it may need cleaning)

also check the egr (if you have one) as it too may need cleaning

Someone told me dat but i dont know where that idel control is. a mech told me this engine dont have that part.

actually these engines do have stepper motor type iac....its a six wire type

nightman just as trapstar said fuel pump,throttle body but there is also the egr that comes with the gdi engines.
There 's a post from raybic on how to clean intake and block off egr. This recirculates exhaust back into the chamber. NOT a good idea if you ask me.
This is my next step as my car sometimes cuts off with ac on but only in hot sun.

I dont think gdi carries a iacv,never came across it.
deivid if you could enlighten us, where is it located and can it be serviced.that would be great

Straight throttle or upwards curving 4g93gdi?

The IACV is right under the throttle body valve opening. Remove the intake hose and it is underneath the TB, the egr valve is a silver metal hose running under the TB.

Look for raybic post on here, not going to regurgitate the same info, the entire intake manifold has to be removed and cleaned.
