c62 lancer with 4g15 carbureted engine ,engine lacks power, slight white smoke, burns oil, slower take off than other cars should i repair or do a b14 conversion or is there another alternative?

cud drop in a newer 4g15 and a gearbox or tranny..........please dont do b14........

I know a guy did qg15 conversion on his c62 since people saying b14 parts getting harder to find and his car pulling nice. I do not support heart transplants between manufacturers tho. You can get a 4g15 DOHC fuel injected that came with the ck lancers from +/- $6000

i did a qg15 conversion...power to the max....parts are cheap and available

I could organize ah 4g63 or 4g93 for u , direct drop in no cutting
