Auto Transmission fluid for Libero Wagon

Can you please let me know what brand/type of transmission fluid that should be used for the Libero Wagon?
There is a P and E option which i assume is for Power and Economy respectively but i am subject to correction.
The engine is the 1.5 fuel injected (MVV).
