You can start by cleaning your throttle body.
If the problem persists, proceed to service the step-up motor. There is a thread that will guide you as to how to do it.(if you are a bit mechanically inclined by all means do it)
If the problem still persists, purchase a throttle body, foreign used will set you back $1,500.00 - $2,000.00 TTD.
Other things to do include taking off your negative battery pole for about 15 minutes or so then putting it back on. You can also have your battery checked as some guys have had failing batteries in the past as a contributor to your same problem.
