Hi,

Want to lower my Lancer, but for some reason, it's inches higher in the front, compared to the rear.
See picture. Is this normal? I need some tüv-approved springs, because regulations and law in Norway is very strict regarding non-Tüv products. Do you have any tips?

The only recommendation I can give you regarding a set of lowering springs that are TUV compliant is H&R springs. Quoted below from the U.S Tirerack website:

Personally, I have used this spring for the last 5 years, no complaints. Of course, you cannot expect a smooth factory ride with this spring, but it is corfortable enough for daily driving.
