need help plz cb lancer

i currently purchase a cb lancer bout 4 days now and this mrn the auto tranny wont shift into 2nd gear untill it reaches @ 40km/h and wont go into 3rd until 80km/h. the tranny level is good so is the oil (pink)

any help will be appreciated
