ck4 issues after paint job

ok like the post said i am a 1999 ck4 lancer local with a 4g92 engine the car was pre serviced before the paint job i collected cat yesterday and this is my issue when the car reach between 40-60mph the N-neutral green lights starts to flash on the dashboard and the engine would neutralize itself the car slows down come to a dead stop and all i remain doing is reving i have to place the car in neutral or park switch off start again and then proceed somethings in a lower gear.Any ideas peps
