Evo II raditor fan problem PLZ HELP!

I need help in trouble shooting a problem i am having. Recently i notice that the engine temperature is running higher than normal. Normal operating temp. is between 180-190F. Until i notice its reaching 210F. Upon investigating i notice that the radiator fan is not coming on. I tested the fans, fuses and relays all are in working order. Another observation i made was that whenever i drive the car and it shakes up (going over a bump) the fans would randomly come on. My take on this, is that there is a lose connection some where.

Anyone has any suggestions?

Btw. I also notice that whenever I am experiencing this problem the AC fans is affected as well

start d car n leve it ideling, n see if d fan comein on..if it eh come on cud be d temp sensor.
wen uh put on d a/c dse d a/c fan come on one time? it shud. check n see if the 2 fans connected together.
but dyse my tke on it dey, hope uh get tru.....
