Need some advice awd lancer

Tuners my cousin has the opportunity to purchace an all wheel drive lancer with a 4g15 dohc engine. It is the ck 4 shape but i believe the chassis says cm, will verify that ,he wants to do a swap and go boost. What engine would you likely recommend and what upgraded suspension/brakes/diff work will need to be done.Any info and help will be most welcomed

This is going to cost serious $$$ if you want to do it properly.

1) 1800 GSR upgrade (CM5A)... Gen 2 1800 GSR 4G93 (impossible to find) + Stock CM Drivetrain & Suspension + Evo 5-stud hubs + Brembo brakes + 17" Evo 5-9 rims. (Forget 1800 GSR brakes. They are inadequate. Been There... Done That!)

Options: $$$ = RIDICULOUS!
2) Evo 4-6 upgrade (CN9A-CP9A)... Gen 2 Evo 4-9 4G63... (easier to find) + Stock CM Drivetrain + Evo 4 Suspension + Evo 5-stud hubs + Brembo brakes + 17" Evo 5-9 rims.

^ ^ ^ No idea what Option 1 can cost. 4G93s are VERY hard to find these days. btw mine is NOT for sale.

I hear that good 4G63s cost more than $30k these days.
Option 2 can cost more than 1/2 the price of a beat up Evo. Maybe $45k or more, when you replace the following...
4G63 & gear-box, hoses, belts and fluids, used E4 suspension bits, 17" rims, new E4 bits like ball-joints & steering-ends, suspension bushings, Brembo brake-pads, 17" tyres, etc. etc.

BTW do NOT buy an Evo 4 engine. Stick to "younger" 4G63 from E6-E8... Nope not from Evo 9 either... (see link above.)
