WTK--4wd CK lancer

so, we'r getting one of those 4wd ck lancers (pbk) with a 4g15 engine to buy
car is in pretty good condition and even has rear discs etc
presenty the car works excellent but we'r concerned about the future
can anyone tell me the availability of parts for this model lancer
mainly if the tranny or 4wd set up was to give trouble, is it easy to repair, source parts, cost factor etc?
