wtk gears shift hard

hey guys recently i fouind when i change my gears from Park to drive etc it goes in hard with a slight knock..what could cause this?

Does this happen all the time or just at cold starts?
When was the last time you change your transmission fluid?

weak/ busted mounts can cause this. check all your mounts especially the two lower ones on the crossmember...
