my cs3 issue

hey ppltest drove a cs3 recently which i am considering buying..but am confused(pardon me if this sounds like a dumb question)... this car revs alot..i am not hearing the gears changing...there is no kick down..is this a transmission prob...the owners say this is how the car works..but i find it difficult to believe....is this normal??

If its cvt there won't be any gear change, there is still a kick down though, get a mech to check it, most likely you're just being confused with the cvt tranny that you're not accustomed to.
