I don't think it's the US spec evo's, if you visit the singapore site, the car seems to have the same specs as the jdm car i.e. S-AYC etc.

right
well the only difference between my evo 7 and a sdm (signapore) is that the hid lights in the sdm version evo can not be height adjusted.
my evo has a switch to adjust the height 5 levels... sdm doesn't
thats all i know that is different so far

the SGM evos has a 3 pin ecu vers the 4pin ecu on the jdm and us specs. I saw beat out SGM evo today with leather seats.

I'll go with ANYTHING JDM!!! I have heard too much ppl complain about SDM cars.. the suspension seems to be weaker (well with almera compared to the JDM bluebird)
the engines from the JDM seems to last longer than the SDM in the A33's.. ( know a few ppl that converted..)..
Prob jus me,,, But the SDM seems cheap.. (yea leather and changer) but thas bling.. not a quality car..
Jus my $.02cents..

Well we only have SDM evo 7s in dominica.
They have AYC ACD, my cousins own's HIDs do have the height adjustment. two of them have swapped out ecus...ones running on a Tomei that got reflashed after installing, and the other installed a Ralliart ECU so i doubt the ecus are different if they had no problems swapping parts.
I do notice they all didnt have the rear badges and the recaros had leather

^ Scientist I went by !@# Auto to check out the three SDM evo 8's they had there and the ECU's were 3 pin totally different wiring compared to the JDM and USDM. rear badges were present and only one had leather seats other than that everything was the same I could tell including the headlight adjustment but no HID's.
