Search for 'idle control motor' in this thread guys.
Sometimes your ICM acts up and give you an erratic idle.
See if you symptoms match some of the past CS guys.

Thanks for the link Idle, it's very in-depth and informative. I will service the throttle body and step up sensor over the weekend and let you guys know the results afterwards.

Maracas sounds like it then. Can we get a consensus on any proposed date guys?

I'm looking for a caliper shim anyone?

I called all the known places in south Federal, Ramasirs, Sheriffs, Carplus I even went into diamond and salt. I checked a couple foreign used places but they only have the full caliper but no shim.

The only place that has it is Faiz for $230.00 is this a good price?

Hey guys I gave the car a hard run on the highway from Freeport back up to Curepe and the rough idle with the ac off has some what been eliminated. I will monitor it once more in the morning on my way to work. Will keep you posted.

How is your idle douglaking?

get it checked out first. Though mine was the compressor as well. but there was a leak in in the system causing it to shut of on low pressure also ensure the fans are running on high speed when the compressor is on

the shims you talkin bout is the big ones that clip unto the brake pad that the caliper piston touches right?

Honestly I don't know for sure but right now I get a metal on metal 'clang' whenever I hit a bump, once the brakes are applied you don't get the sound.

Please respond urgently if possible and thank you as usual.

that is what I have in teh wife CS3

works well lasts long

u sure they changed :?:

i think they have 2 brands as OEM

different models have different OEM brands

the OEM for teh L200 is Tokico

for CS3 Lancer it was both sumitomo and akebono

maybe they did in fact discontinue one

sumitomo was better though

Yeah im sure they changed but only for the CS.

I also checked out a triton and it had Tokico.

I got exceptional stopping power from the sumitomo as well.

Well my cousin bent 12! I believe he already got them as well as, at $25 for 8 intakes. Not too sure how much he spent for the exhaust ones.

A.W.O.L bought disc pads for his rear disc when he installed it in his former CS...the 4 hole and 5 hole pads are the same...not sure about the front as they would also be outlander/airtrek disc pads as well....I bought Hawks for mine, just waiting for the original pads to finish

I am seeing a green dried up substance ontop my radiator. I know that coolant had to be oozing out at some point when the pressure really built up in the radiator. Can I simply go to a radiator repair man, have him pressure test it and replace the top tank with a metal top tank?
The leaking radiator is OEM.

Or you could just buy a new one like I did. Bought a metal one on Saturday @ Repauto in Marabella. Paid $895 for it.

A radiator man in El Soccoro wanted to charge me $1,500 to build a metal one, one place in freeport said $1,800 and well Deo's in Charlieville wanted like $1,600 to build one.
