"After spending $2600 on the Lancer, it came back to life lol.
Air filter change now since time of purchase (3 years ago), Castrol Syntec oil is in, timing belt change...and well the plugs still good from purchase. I think it's Platinum! I throw in some gas treatment, so the baby wukking best now!"

Well QG you just as bad as me when it comes to maintenance. 3 years to change filter?

Anyways, this was from an earlier post I did on January 26, 2009. Check the prices:

Had my car serviced at Diamond Motors today after staying away from them for about a year. Costs are as follows:

LABOUR FOR THE FOLLOWING

1. Service $200.00 per hour less 25% discount - $300.00
2. 4 wheel alignment - $130.00
3. Service transmission - $185.00
4. Service Injectors - $650.00

PARTS

Transmission Fluid - $45.00 per quart * 5 quarts - $225.00
Air Filter- $400.00 less 20% discount- $320.00
Synthetic Oil - $66 per quart * 4 quarts - $264.00
Oil Filter - $90.00 less 20% discount- $72.00

When vat is added to these prices, bill was about $2,500.00. And just imagine they were even trying to sell me a pair of windscreen wiper for about $391.00 [/u]

If you book your service online you are entitled to a discount.

The thing is with me is that I had forgotten my password to log on and I couldn't get in to do it. I told them that so they still gave me discount.

Fellas i now clean the rainx wipers and notice that the blade is graphite coated, so cleaning it with rubbing alco would have to be done spareingly.
