u will hear a mild grinding noise (as in my case, i heard none and i had a slug out the ring). u will experience steering shakes at high speeds and your legs may feel "grainy" when your mashing the pedals...

you would hear something sounding like ( wob wob wob wob) when you driving, and it would come from one of the 4 points of your car **1 of the 4 wheels** cant miss it, when it gets really loud, it would be obvious 2 which wheel it is, however its never good 2 drive on a bad bearing.

JJ16 wrote:TechArt, cool, agreed, but i was jus simply trying to explain, that the 4g93 sohc is for the libero...meaning there is one for the libero...so it shouldnt be that hard to find.

reason i said that is because the said person went looking for a 93 and only found another version, and then got the perception that the 4g93 sohc engine could not work in a libero...so i was jus reconfirming their doubts that the 4g93SOHC indeed comes for the libero :D

and it cheap

tech art understood andJJ16 thanks for the insite but what would you call cheap for the 4g93 engine and transmission?

^^ idk, when i had a mitsu, $5000 around there would be standard price....probably 6k max...

not sure how the prices are these days, but i mean they are getting older so it should be a little cheaper....whenever u want one, just try putting up a WTB: post, you never know, someone might have one and they wanna go boosted and just waiting for someone to want the engine.

EVA Unit-01, they are bushing rubbers, they are made from polyurethane if im not mistaken....They give you a better ride, less noise inside the car when u hit a hole or when you driving on a bumpy road, from personal experience, they work, you feel alot less vibration on your steering wheel, the car feels better cornering sinces these bushings are stiff they dont allow much play..

personally i bought them before and they are worth ever penny...i would recommend them 2 anyone as they just give you an all around improved ride and driving experience.

yeah they're made of polyurethane which is suppose to last longer than rubber.

seeing that there not pressed in, they can move 360 degrees where as normal rubber bushings are pressed in and give limited rotation therefore increasing the stress on the bushing.

the grease it comes with is the stickiest i've ever felt, kind of hard to get off your hands.

chindian88, ive never seen energy suspension come with grease before eh :? unless my memory just bad...

and optimisticcharlie, it isnt hard but very unnecessary...i personally wont recommend it...just go for something that is a direct bolt up...

Hey 2nrz, just wanted to get some recommendations on a decent rotor to use for my cs3a, really don't like the OEM and I feel as if I buy new OEM rotors that it wouldn't be a whole lot better.

i ordered some EBC rotors for mine, don't like d 1's i saw 4 sale here on 2nr (like Dual Star's)

or u can check aroun, tho i doubt u'd find much on offer

jus verify whetha it's 4*100 or 4*114 first (stock diameter = 10.1")

EVA Unit-01, how much you got yours for, someone mentioned EBC to me a while back, mine is 4*100, would love to convert to 5*100 but that's a whole other venture.
