^^^^ It broke up in your hand because you probably squeezed the pliers to hard and broke it when you were trying to unlock it...

I serviced my IAC sensor many times without fail, even the one from the 4g15 DOHC CK engine when I did my swap..

@ Moses, There is a thread in this forum that will take you through step by step on how to service the unit..

Does anyone have the dual or triple gauge pocket that fits below the temperature controls?
I want to relocate some gauges and change up the look.

Hey guys, I'm from Mauritius and I just bought a CS3 Lancer with 4G18 engine. I'm thinking of changing the spark plugs to iridium NGK BKR6EIX-11 as compared with my current bosch super 4 ones. Will I need to upgrade the ignition coils and spark plug wires considering I'm putting Iridium plugs in? Also a mechanic told me to put K&N CAI and an air compressor to increase power of the car, is it advisable? Thanks

Spark plug wise the iridium don't really make a difference. If you putting them there is no need for new coil packs etc.

^^^x2 It would be better performance wiser to match the spark plugs closely to the octane rating on your fuel for maximum efficiency. I've been running the E3 extended life plugs for a while with no problems.

Also guys, doing my big service at 180K km and found the part numbers in the front most helpful. Here are a few i didn't see

Seenath's, Dollar Savers and Bobby's in the Bamboo have rotor discs. Bobby's even have a cross drilled and slotted rotor for about $700 a pair.

Anyone know where in south i can get rotors? ...mines are warped and need replacing and i do not want to make the highway run with them.

I'm serious you know.

Mine had a small hole through and through it and through the metal.
I take a stiff piece of wire that is almost the diameter of the hole, bend it and send it in.
Never came out again.
