crap rmutt, now gonna place order for ets kit only to realise that the kit does not work with the ARC intake box... the ARC box I will not remove so I looking for another kit.... any ideas?

The ARC intake is a rare piece...most people run it with the ARC intercooler+piping...but good luck finding that these days! I'd email ETS, AMS and MAPerformance to see. ETS does offer a short route and long route piping kit but that has more to do with running a mini battery setup. Check CBRD and Nesei as well
