All right tuners, on most vehicles the front tires wear out more than the rear.
It is recommended to equalize wear on all four tires, that these should be rotated in a certain
sequence as explained in the vehicle's manual.
Now if you follow Tyre rotation, when time to buy tires you will have to buy 4 one time.

It is also recommended (based on info I read on line ) that you should not keep your
tires for more than 4 yrs (I think) since the tire rubber material will start to deteriorate and this will
lead to some safety issues ( for vehicles that are running and exposed to the elements daily ).
If your vehicle is parked up most of the time and not exposed to the elements, always
armourled, then this is a different issue. In this case your tire can last you about 10 years.

For a lazy person like me I do not rotate tires, then every 2.5 years I replace my front tires
when it is worn (since I do not rotate I thus have to replace tires in two's instead of four's).

To make sure I do not keep tires for more than 4 years I put the new ones in the rear and the previous rear in front. These ones in front now will usually need replacement in about 1 to 1.5
years since they already have some degree of wear from being in the back.

My issue was how the new tires was looking although it is of the same make.
As I said previously all my tires are 225's but the rear ones are now skinny and the front
is fat.

By the way my warranty will be up at end of July.
I have my original alloy rims and tires up for sale, if anyone interested PM me.

I find the metra and the scosche don't fit perfect. The scosche is better.
I bought the oem.

Is it really wise to spend $270k on a Lancer GT. look at the used set at grand bazaar that are up for sale. All I look at had body repairs or need repairs.

I prefer the my face lift. Ralliart doesn't look much different from original.

But thats some good info that the 12-13 models got a face lift.

Hey guys! Ppl have been real quiet these days. Guess everyone's been busy. lol.
Just wondering about something....i got a 2.0 CY4.
Do u all use any injector cleaners / octane boost / gas treatments on your cars?
If so what type / brand? I've heard ppl using the red line complete fuel cleaner or d prestone but with varying results.

A mech I met from diamond motors told me not to use any octane bosters in my cy4a, as it messes with the fuel pump. He said it have acouple in dm waiting on fuel pump to come in.

Did he explain how or why or what in relation to using octane boosters and the fuel pump failure. To me that is an uneducated statement. I am however curious to the condition of the in tank filter screen
