Most. Only a few small things not. The waterpump is one. Everything else is practically the same mechanically.

The rear wing is different. 7 is plastic and adjustable, 8 is carbon fiber, and better than the 9 too, as it is solid carbon.

The bonnet, bumpers and plastic stone shield are not interchangeable.

Seats are different.

The gearboxes are different between the 5 and six speeds, but interchangeable. Same clutch. The reverse sensors might me different too.

Not necessarily Dave, the 9.8 hotside is the same on the 7&8 GSR.

Well this isn't about a difference really:

Almost all parts from the 7-9 interchangable: just that for some changes you will have to add other things: like if you change for example the engine in the 7 to a MIVEC 4G63T from an evo 9 you will need harness, and ecu. Also if going from AYC to SAYC you may need the SAYC ecu. (but don't holdmeto this)

Things that can't be changed would be LHD SPECIFIC and USDM spec items for example: US evos don't carry a secondary air system, their crank and O2 sensor wires won't work; clutch lines are different though some have worked around this; interior dashboard trim etc.

The fuel tank for the 7 differs to the 8 as well but can be changed with all the connecting hoses etc.

7-9 turbos are interchangeable. You will need an install kit if going from a 7 to a 9 though some say bending the lines will work, but I'd feel uncomfortable about bending solid lines. The exhaust manifolds for all are interchangeable as well IIRC

You sure? I've seen 'em for sale and advertised as for E4-E9 :?
