Going to try on the carbon fibre trunk. Hope it looks good cause it's a whole lot lighter.

UPDATE: NEW MAP

The new map will be installed on Friday. This map is being done by a US tuner using the COBB ACCESSPORT. Base map was done and I will send back logs for the tuner to tweak. This new map will yield more power at lower boost levels.

UPDATE: NEW MOTOR

My JUN built bottom end is here. Awaiting the Cosworth head to arrive. Plan is to build up the new motor and do a swap out with the old one.

This would be completed by 3rd week of Dec 09.

This one will be a monster :twisted:

UPDATE: BUILD

I'm constantly being asked about the persons associated with the build on my X. It is a combined effort amongst one of my mechanics Pran at Direct Transportation, and at times with the expertise an d advice of Anil. Anil has worked on the turbo installation, meth kit, clutch as well as other areas of this build.

My preferred Dyno service is of course at Audi's garage. Great guy also.

We're doing well together and I'm pretty happy so far.

UPDATE:

Car is being prepared so that the new motor can be installed.

Additionally a stronger clutch and new head studs will be used.

Carbon fibre trunk has been installed.

Completion of this build is estimated to be around December 22.

its dammm scary to look in your rearview and see a Evo 10 on your trunk...

remember this one too...it was a silver legacy wagon. the driver was too adventurous and reckless though...
