WTK - CK1 LANCER OEM WINDSHIELD WIPER SIZE

Postby Rory Phoulorie » March 16th, 2007, 7:28 pm

Simple question - What is the OEM size of the windshield wipers on the CK1 Lancer?

Right now I have 18 inch blades on both sides, but I find that a fair amount of the top of the windscreen isn't swiped by the wiper. The section is not in my direct field of vision, but it is a nuisance just having to watch it.

Thanks.

Its a locally bought car. The wiper arms are not of lengths that would allow that combination to work. Right now I have 18 inches on both sides. I was wondering if I go with 19 inch blades on both sides whether that will work. I don't want to go and spend money on longer blades and then they don't work so I was wondering what other CK1 owners were running.

I have found that a 19" (passenger) and 21" (driver) combination gives the best performance on the CK's windshield.

Anything longer than 19" on the passenger's side will not make full contact on the extreme left end.
