I bought a toyota rush earlier this year and been trying to find out from the company why the warranty information and service maintenance schedule is different to what the dealership suggests. Everytime I ask them this question they literally hang up the phone on me. What should I do because the maintenance schedule on the owners manual says service every 6mths but Toyota says every 3 mths and my warranty will be void if I dont service by them every 3mths But according to warranty booklet it says I can service my own vehicle but have to keep the information of each service

Sometimes warranty info is for a regular driving conditions. Trinidad is almost always classified as severe so it is always encouraged to do all servicing earlier than regular conditions.
