What is the ring gear size?

If its a auto local, is 3.9 gearing

The auto 2.5 carry the same 3.9 also

The manuals carry different gearing

Looking for one for my surf

I think it is a 4 - 1, 41 crown and 10 pinion.

Will confirm when i open it up.

KZN185, 1998 I think, 1KZT, intercooled, not sure of the tranny. I know it is a 3 speed with overdrive.

If things goes right should have a lunchbox in the front by end of the month. Have to go in and do some work on a shaking CV joint. Should have the CV and needle bearings by some time next week.

If the carrier is the same I would have to swap out the crown wheel and pinion.

Take some pics and measurements when you open it up

I have a old one that scrap out that the previous owner give me, i will post it when i come off work.
