Ride height, Toyota fielder

Hey guys, have a 2014 Toyota fielder hybrid, and I have problems with scraping speed bumps and driving in certain areas. Anyone have any ideas on how I can raise the height of the car without affecting the fuel efficiency drastically?

does the car have stock springs? you could try a bigger profile tyre like 205-60-15 or 195-65-15. dont recomment going bigger than 15 or 16 rims though as the ride isnt as comfortable with bigger rims
