3zz replacement question

So a friend of mine overheated his 3zzfe and is now looking for a head and block.
Can a 1nzfe head and block be swapped in?
Will it bolt to the 3zz transmission?
Will it start using the 3zz wiring and ecu?

better of doing a complete conversion with 1nz

While that may be best, cost is a big concern so it needs to be minimized
