The 5a that i have has the same distributor as the 4a and the 5a harness jacks in the 4a ecu with the same jack arrangement

What I'm a little concern about is fuel
If it will send to much fuel to the injectors
Or ideas too fast
Anyone out there ever done this?

know someone who did this without any issues.
corolla 111 had a 4a with a failed oil pump, switched out the engine to 5a without changing harness or ecu. works great, no issues what so ever, everything from intake manifold, distrubtor to throttle body lined up without an issue.
Car started on first bounce.
