There are no problems with this car.......................expensive yes !
To find out what is the difference between the basic and fully loaded, check your local friendly Toyota Dealer (the firm).
Peace.

Thus far those that have come to me are the Vios Sub-model with 2NZFE (1.3) engine.
This infor. maybe useful to assist further evaluation.

hey Dreamy......I bought a Yaris two years ago for my wife. She usses it mostly for aground the town and to drop and pick up the kids to and from school. Thus far we have not experienced any major problems except for two minor ones....

1. The front end of this vehicle gives off a rattle that sounds like the front end is bad.....but i've been told by the technicians at TTTL that they re-torqued the front end every time I tell them about it. I've learnt after that it is a bit of a sore point with that 2012 and earlier models.

2. Upon starting in the morning, the vehicle gives a kinda rough idle....then settles about two minutes after. Again I understand from other owners that this is another sore point.

Other than those above.....the car runs like a dream. Wonderful on gas (uses super) and handles very nice.

I've rented the new model Yaris that TTTL has currently......it seems like the front end rattle is there too. There's more plastic on the dashboard (potential squeakers) and it seems a little less roomier than the 2012 model. But hey.....Toyotas are legendary for their reliability and superb resale value......i'd say GO FOR IT!!

You're most welcome. Any questions feel free to ask. I have some experience with the Toyota dealer.
